WWII - The Eastern Front
This site was not an attempt to create a comprehensive database on the history of WWII. I just wanted to put some information on certain events on the Eastern Front. Somehow I have noticed that most of the information on WWII in Europe you can find in WWW is about the Western Front (beginning from the D-Day in 1944). But as a matter of fact, if you look at the facts and statistics (intensity of fighting, number of troops involved, etc.), you will see that the major battles took place on the Eastern Front. I will be adding pages on WWII little by little. This page is not an organized information repository, but rather a set of small articles independent from each other.
